The 36th Annual General Meeting was held on the 25th October 2018 at the Hong Kong Bankers' Club. The following agenda has been gone through during the AGM:

(i)    To approve the minutes of the Thirty-fifth Annual General Meeting;

(ii)   To receive the Chairman’s Report for the year 2017/2018;

(iii)  To approve the audited accounts of the Association for the year ended 31st March 2017;

(iv) To elect maximum eight persons as members of the Executive Committee;

(v)  To elect the Auditors of the Association; and

(vi) To deal with any other business.

Following immediately the AGM, a luncheon talk on " Challenges & Opportunities of Mainland Chinese Economy", The talk delivered by Mr. Paul Tang Sai On, Chief Economist of The Bank of East Asia Limited.
